Description
The document will be 50 to 80 pages long and the person must be able to:
- native english writer
- expert in business language usage
- source third party data/ data on africa / property sector information
- experienced in the documentation for private equity/ investment banking fundraising.
- investment banking background
- writing in google docs. it does not need significant formatting, but more data links. I will create the document and it will be shared with you.
You will be given corporate background information and old fundraising documents, so it is not a cold start. The current model/ presentation have been developed in google sheets/ slides. they will also be shared with the writer.. for alignment.
The timeline for delivery of this project is 14/ 21 days and I will expect to see updates as the document is being produced.

It seems based on the fixed price/timescales that this offers c£12 per day for Investment Banking skills Bekuochi?
Bekuochi N.08 Apr 2019The challenge I have is that I feel that the task is more Writing than Investment Banking.
Also I did not want to put to high a figure on the job (maybe foolishly) because I do not want to be innundated with proposals.
I am happy to pay more [ once I have seen work of a suitable quality ] but as an upside there will be a lot more of this work available once I meet the right set of consultants.

Its one task to be completed but a small amt spent might be wasted completely if it doesn't result in funding.
You will struggle to get a writer who can 'value add' in a document like this for £3 a pg
