Assistance writing property development proposal

Overview
I am interested in getting writing assistance for a proposal brief for a property development.
The project is for a UK based building contractor to submit for their clients, who are a property development firm. This proposal will hopefully mean they are awarded the work.

What I need help with

I would like to work with a seasoned bid writer/ business writer who has experience in writing simple but effective proposals.

This project will mainly involve working from simple bullet points about the building project and turning them into well-structured paragraphs that will help in elevating the proposal.

There are 6 main areas of the project that we want to work on. I think each of these areas will be around 500 words, so the whole document will be around 3000 words in total (but it can be less - this is just a guide).

List of Areas:

- Project Introduction / Overview
- Project phases
- Management Team
- How the build would be managed
- An understanding of your workforce / sub-contractors
- Closing overview

Each of the areas is outlined with guidance notes/bullet points, it just needs to have a creative writer to bring this to life and create a persuasive and elevated pitch.
