Extra notes: I am looking for themes of complex leadership thinking/decision making (vs. traditional linear hierarchical thinking) in 7 healthcare CEOs from a particular hospital system.
Research question: Under what circumstances (if any) are healthcare leaders inclined towards or show evident characteristics of complex thinking/decision making?
7 interviews performed. They have already been transcribed. Looking for qualitative analysis of this data (an interpretative phenomenological approach has been suggested, although you may have other suggestions) within which thematic analysis is performed.
