Writing Press Release

Hello PPHers! I am looking for someone to write and/or distribute (if it's possible) a press release. The purpose of this press release is to introduce a new website related to discounts, price drops and offers. Here is what I'm expecting:

1. Text should be easy to read, engaging, attentive and unique.
2. 400-500 words
3. SEO experience would be a big advantage.
4. Press release is targeted to UK market – strong GB English is essential.

When bidding please specify if you can do both writing and distribution or just one of them.

Here are requirements and expectations for distribution (in case you are able to do that):
1. Press release will be targeted to UK market
2. I'm interested in both online and offline distribution
3. When bidding on distribution please detail your distribution model
