Write up a business report based on my notes and a report template

I assess organisations against the Investors in People Standard. I need someone to write up the notes that I make during interviews with people.

I have a have a template for use but would like the report to be written from a fresh perspective.

I have a report due in one week. If you do this successfully I will have regular work for you. My goal is to develop a good ongoing relationship with a reliable person, in effect you would become part of my business.

I am a management consultant specialising in business growth through people. I am based in London so if you are too that would be great but is not essential.
