Write text for a website / website content / copywriting

I need a property website along the lines of:

http://www.fast-sale-today.co.uk for the UK market. I am in exactly the same market.

I am not so sure how to give you the key phrases, I tried on here and it just went wild on cost.

MUST BE WRITTEN WITH KEY PHRASES INCLUDED

HAVE A LOOK AT SITE ABOVE TO GIVE YOU A GOOD FLAVOUR // WE WILL HAVE MORE OR LESS SAME NUMBER OF PAGES // THE SITE WILL BE VERY HIGHLY OPTIMISED SO YOU NEED TO BE EXPERIENCED , PROVEN OR WELL QUALIFIED IN SEO WRITING TO TAKE THIS ON

We will need to agree on which key words go on which page. Use the website above as a guide to what I am trying to achieve.

I require attention to detail and great copy. Place the keywords properly.

There will be an additional page that is not on the website above. That is a page to attract and bring in property investors.

Key phrases will be provided.

A very high standard will be required. UK writers only please.
