Write privacy policy for website and edit Terms & Conditions for simple software

We are a small British company and this therefore has to conform to UK law.

We have a Terms & Conditions which was drafted by a lawyer for a simple program, but we've had to make some minor adjustments due to a change in our business model. We would therefore like these changes quickly looked over to check that there are no problems. These adjustments are limited to a change from selling institutional licenses that give access to unlimited authorised users of an organisation, to a license that allows a specified number of authorised users to install the software. I have highlighted the specific parts of the document that need reviewing (most parts such as warranty, liability etc. do not need reading over).

We would also like a privacy policy written for the website through which we distribute our software. Other than displaying information about our product, the website allows users to log-in with their emails to download the software. In order to do this we receive their email from their organisation and then email them a link to the website. When they login we verify the email address as well as collect their first and last name, but this is the extent of personal information we use and we do not use any of this information for any marketing purposes.
