Write literature review for dessirtation

Structure: I need to chose 5 articlas, related to one topic,from the databases like Econlit, E-journals or any other.
I need to read them and later on provide a literature review for 2000 words.
My topic: Employment decrease in Food and Drink manufacturing in the UK.(but this is selective topic, and I can change it.But my topic shold be related to my study- Economics, and should be connected Food and Drink topic also.
the topic I chose is based on this data:


Employment in FDM totalled 409,442 in June 2006 – 1.4% of all UK employees
– of which 10% were part time. This measure of FDM employment decreased by an

The problem is that all the articles I found do not reflect my topic properly. However I found some research and Reports for it: ( Research into UK Food & Drink Manufacturing – Final Report (Desk Research) or Sustainable Growth in the Food and Drink Manufacturing Industry. but I cannot use them as a literature. I can use only articles.
