Write an article on possible applications of BPM tools in educational institutes

I need to have an article on possible applications of Business Process Management (BPM) tools to describe processes in educational institutes. The article should include 5-10 diagrams/pictures to illustrate the process/ideas. The whole article should be 5-7 pages long and formatted according to the attached file. The article should be accompanied by a 40+ slides of powerpoint presentation.

Bidders should have some background on operations in educational institute and business process management notation (BPMN).
BizAgi is preferred. However, Bonita, Intalio or any other BPM tools can also be used as the sources of the screen capture. The source code of the applications created must be submitted.

The time frame should be less than 7 days.
