Write an article on new innovation centres throughout America

It’s no longer just California and Massachusetts: centres of innovation are springing up across the US, as growth in entrepreneurial activity fuses with a rise in patent registration to form a new startup culture. Focusing on the IP side of this trend, we’d like to discuss some of the regions that have seen most success, and talk to participants and commentators.

The article will be for a magazine called Legal Strategy Review, and should be around 1300-1600 words long.
