Write a How to PDF for a phone system

We are now providing call tracking for clients, I would like a detailed but simple to folllow

1. OUR Installation checklist creating - this identifies all the steps needed to set up a client account with call tracking & integration with GA & their website

2. Client Day to Day operation checklist - this identifies all the steps needed daily by the client to ensure they are tracking

3. Call analysis checklist - for our call auditor to use to check each phone call and record the outcome.

I will provide access to the software and the overview of the things needed. All the info and answers is in the help documentation. The person must be able to work quickly, detailed and high quality. Output would be formatted Word document or editable PDF
