Write a home study course - 'Social Media for Small Businesses'

This job has been re-posted due to the winning freelancer not following through and cancelling their bid. I now have a clear understanding of what I'm after and hopefully a better brief, for this reason I have re-listed it as a new job.

The brief is to write a home study course for complete beginners to social media, it should be aimed at small businesses and I would like to it to cover the following:
Facebook
Twitter
LinkedIn
You Tube
Blogging
Strategy
Metrics
Ethics

Social Media is not my area of expertise so I'm very open to including additional subjects that you feel would be appropriate.

Ultimately the course will be a hard copy or electronic file and I would like it to include a mix of information and assignments. It should include step by step 'how to' tutorials that guide users through things like setting up a profile etc. I imagine this would use screen shots but you may have other ideas.

If social Media is your thing then feel free to get creative on this one... I'm very open to suggestions.

For the winning bidder I'd like to see a sample module with a week or so and then the job finished with about a month.

I'm not really looking for somebody to outsource this work to somebody else.
