Write a business plan for two small web-based businesses

So I had a little go at doing this myself, but there is simply too much stuff I just don't know. As such I need someone who has some experience in writing business plans and setting up small businesses (esp. setting up Limited companies in the UK), and gearing everything so that the business would best attract funding grants.

The right candidate would be able to help me not only with the business plan but through all stages of setting up the business, from registering with companies house, to sorting out the mem and arts stuff (?), explaining how the director/member stuff works, what paperwork is required etc.

I am a writer and 'ideas' guy, so this kind of stuff is utterly alien to me.
