Work on SOBI2 directory

I am looking for someone who is expert in SOBI2. I have a directory on my website and I do not like the look of the front end. I would like the list of clickable categories to be replaced by buttons and the page to look more professional.

I don't want to be able to see the small grey 'Main Index' at the top.
I would like the three headings directly below that (main index, search and add entry) to be clickable buttons not just clickable text and I would like all categories and subcategories to be clickable buttons instead of the clickable text they are now.
