Wordpress Website Work - PHP and XML Script

I have a job posting script that is making posts to wordpress from XML feeds...

Issue is that it is checking the feed and making new posts even if the jobs are already posted.

It is also putting the old posts to draft status.

I need to stop this happening, and only post new jobs if they are found.

UK Freelancers only please - I can give you FTP access and Wordpress logins.

I also have a few other jobs on the site that I can discuss with you after this fix.
