Wordpress website with a shopping cart needed

I am looking to build an information marketing site and have already set up a Wordpress theme called Headway which I now need customising into a fully functioning site that I can load my products onto and make easy and quick updates.
I will need a shopping cart for the products, along with live Twitter feed and video. See attached sketch.
I am also looking for someone who is a versatile designer and will be able to carry my theme through to my Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter page afterwards (this will obviously need to be negotiated for a separate fee but I would like someone who can bring this consistency).
