Wordpress Website Tweaks

1) Calendar - I have a plugin called "all-in-one-event-calendar" which places events on the sidebar as a widget. I had a user off PPH modify it for me to show a mini calendar on the frontpage which also highlighted events by colour which he did. He has since not returned my messages and the plugin has stopped working. I need this plugin working again to show the frontpage calendar along with the colour coded events. It may be a simple tweak but I know nothing about plugins.

2) The button for more pages on the main news page (www.religionsforpeace.org.uk/news) has gone missing to show the following pages

3) Speed - The website is terribly slow. I need it to load pages instantly. A cache would be nice for static pages but not for dynamic as I need updated info to stay fresh

4) On the homepage the bottom widget "Contact Us" overlaps the "Comments for our site"

...I need these jobs done ASAP. Please let me know how soon you can complete these tasks.
