Wordpress website theme - to be customised and content uploaded.

I need a wordpress website template populated. The theme may need some minor design alterations. I have already installed the template on my host and the site is live in a dev area. All the content is available and graphics/artwork will be provided. All that is required is the content to be inserted and formatted professionally. The website will also require working contact page (already enabled in theme) and suitable images inserted where appropriate. I need this completed before the 10th of Feb 2013.
