Wordpress website same as in attached file

Hello,

We are looking for web designer who can create website for our company. Please see attached file. This is exactly what we want. There can me some adjustments but layout have to remain the same. We already have all text, images. As soon we find right person who can create website we will send full pdf which has all pages all information and images. I myself know basics of wordpress so we would like it be made in a way so I can change text and images.

Please mention how long time it will take for you to create a web.

We are looking for someone who can make this job done for one week.
