You can simply use a “LOREN IPSUM” text , then I will put the final text in.

7. Blog creation with a couple of layed-out post-drafts with “Lorem Ipsum” text, then I will fill them with proper text/images )
9. Rework of the master "we have IT” logo

11. “Paper” Header+Footer for my Invoices/Quotes
