Wordpress website for small business start-up

I need a WP expert to help with a website start-up of voice over/media translation/creation. It has about 8 to 9 pages. The content is ready. But I need you to help with the configuration of the website in a simple, attractive way. You can use any WP template as you like. I am open to your suggestions.

Considering the real amount of work based on the size of the website, the budget is rather limited, Please do not have high expectations but opportunities are big for later cooperation.
