Wordpress website for a food business listing/directory

I require a simple but nice looking wordpress website which will be a food business listing directory using a plug-in such as ‘Business Directory’ (see http://businessdirectoryplugin.com).

The website requires a home page, with listings in different cuisine categories or location categories. A user can also search for listing either by cuisine type or location.

Each listing will require a Business Name, Cuisine Type, Location & map, Telephone, URL, offers, Awarding Body and some area to upload up some photos (no more than 3 or 4).

We would also like a blog on the site too.

The listings must look neat.

The wordpress needs to be set up on the hosting server (hosting has already been purchased).

I would like to work with someone who can continue to help me improve/expand the website.
