Wordpress Website Fix Up

I recently moved a clients website across to your website, however I am having a couple of issues with moving some of the features across and am looking for some help with these. I will give you access to the old website and new site, as well as a list of what needs to be done. There isn't much to be honest. The current site is http://www.smart-iso.com and the new site is http://www.smart-iso.com/new/ - you can probably see some of the issues already that I am referring to.
