I'm looking for a brand new website to be created from Photoshop files. It's important the website matches the Photoshop files exactly. There is a total of 24 pages (7 main pages and 17 sub pages). All images and text will be provided.

The deadline is 28th August. The site needs to be created in Wordpress and must look like the attached Photoshop screenshots (all final files will be provided to winning bidder). You can use any theme you like to build the site with.

This not an ecommerce site just a online brochure type site.

There will be a slider on the homepage with 10 slides that will be provided.
Most of the pages will look almost identical except image/text changes. There will be some animated text boxes using Toggle Panels and Tabbed Sections (see: http://themeforest.net/item/salient-responsive-portfolio-blog-theme/full_screen_preview/4363266) so it would be best to pick a theme that supports these features.

Other animation are as follows:
1/. Interactive map with scroll over icons with pop up info
2/. Page split into 2 sides: LHS table showing list of suppliers - as user scrolls over LHS table, details of the the supplier appear in RHS of page.
3/. Single page with a number of map options - click to see map and detail
4/. Table with images/icons. Scroll over with information showing in text box.
