Wordpress Website design

Hi,
I need to get a Wordpress website designed and developed for a digital marketing agency.

The design must be of excellent design quality and have great functionality. I'd like a similar look and feel to the following examples but obviously unique in it's own right. My favorite being the 2nd link.

In terms of spec it needs to have the following:

Fully W3C compliant
Breadcrumbs
NO FLASH
HTML5 compliant
Responsive
SEO friendly throughout
Easy navigation with use of Mega Menus and drop-down menus on hover over.
Integrated Blog
Social media integration throughout
Widgitised for easy editing
Re-captcha installed on blog comments and contact forms.

You must also have excellent lines of communication with me too throughout the build and design process.
