I need a web developer to rebuild http://hardwarebreakout.com using WordPress with an easily used theme or framework with the following requirements and site features.

Requirements
• Fast loading times
• Easy to update/edit widgets on front page
• Ability to add custom front page or sidebar widgets in the future
• Easy to add pages and change navigation in the future
• Based on an easy to understand and use WordPress theme or framework
• Viewable on smartphones (no specific smartphone design needed)

Site Features
• Front page carousel (similar to what is currently there)
• Improved spacing of widgets on the home page
• Include generic advertisement widget/plugin supporting Google AdSense and Amazon (and possibly other)
• No sidebar seen in categories or individual blog posts
• Contact form similar to existing contact page
