Wordpress Website

I have been advised that my website would be better on a number of levels as a Wordpress website as opposed to a Joomla site and also needs some SEO attention.

Basically I need to be able to add, delete and publish stuff on my website and I currently cannot do this on Joomla as to complicated.

I need this site recreated in wordpress so I can self manage most things. I also have a number of domains parked that point to this website.

Few things to note:

On the home splash page I will need Videos link added so there will be six buttons, two rows of three. I plan to start a video blog and will need a page to store these - videos will be via YouTube.

Workshops & Courses and also the Classes button currently goes to my online booking system. On the new wordpress site I want these buttons to go to a page with specific details and then a button on that page to go to our online booking system where client can view and book into Workshops & Courses & Classes.

Lastly, its very important that if you pitch for this work that you can actually complete the works within two weeks of engagement. Last web guy promised mid September and we are still waiting.

We can cover all details with the successful bidder as a few pages need amending / removing and some of the team need removing / adding - but wanted to give you as much info as possible as whats required.

Also hosting of the website needs to be checked if its still with JustHost as the current web person who may have moved it to he's server!
