Wordpress web development

Hello

I have set up a wordpress website, set up pages, sub pages and the theme.

I now need help from an expert to do the following:
- event plugin implementation
- bulk upload events (approx 3000)
- add two search boxes and event listing form
- tidy up formatting
- make ready for adverts/logos
