Wordpress theme tweaking and design

I have a hosted wp based website. There is a theme installed that I want to simplyfy.

I want to remove a slider on the home page, remove two hard coded text boxes underneath the slider, prioritise the blog on the home page, design four tiles, install a widget to display the four tiles on the right hand side.

I have all the artwork, images and branding. I just need some theme editing, design and tidying up.
