Wordpress Theme Personalisation & Social Media Theme Designs

My current website www.claireodactyldigitalmarketing.co.uk was created in a hurry whilst setting my business up a few months ago, I had no budget and was unable to invest in getting the site designed properly.

I would now like to get it off of host it's on and move it onto Wordpress so that I will have more flexibility with the site and be able to optimise it properly which I can't do where it currently sits.

I now have a brand established having worked with a graphic designer so this can be applied to the chosen Wordpress theme.

I will be purchasing a premium Wordpress account, and transferring my domain name over. I will also purchase a premium theme. I'm fairly settled on this one (http://themeforest.net/item/juiced-responsive-wordpress-theme/4190648)

I will need a designer/developer to implement the theme in Wordpress aswell as to personalise it for me so you will need to implement my colours/logo etc so that it is ready for me to use.

I am able to add/edit all of the content I just need the theme set up and ready to use as I'm not experienced enough to be playing with the code in this way.

I will also need someone who can design social media profile themes so that they are in-line with the website and I will need them for:
- Facebook
- Twitter
- Google+
- LinkedIn

Please provide estimated costs and timeframe for this work, I anticipate being able to start the project second week of August.

Shortlisted quotes will be provided with a more detailed brief so that quotes can be amended and finalised.

N.B. My budget is indicative and not fixed so please quote me accurately based on what you think it will cost be it higher or lower.
