WordPress Theme installation, design & Customisation - Quick Turnaround

Hi Freelancers,

I am looking for a talented individual who has experience installing WP software and themes, along with design and customisation.

I have a new website for which I wish to use Wordpress. I have found a WP theme that I would like to have installed but for optimisation purposes I wish to have this customised slightly so that some things are removed and a few things moved around a little.

I would also the the template to have some design elements changes for example the sliding banner needs some new images and the category images needs changing.

I wish to have the site up and running, ready for content within in 7 days if possible. Please let me know cost and time scale.

Please also include previous design jobs you have done so that I can gage your artistic talent.
