Create pages for each popup box to allow edit.
design footer in graphical style to fit with theme from wireframe.
Add additional light boxes.
Modify css of pages to fit in with theme (static wood background)
Modify css of scroll bars.
Add posts catagory with custom fields for reviews.
Install http://wpbookingcalendar.com/ and customise css to fit with theme. Test plugin with paypal integration (part of plugin)
