Looking for an experience website designer and developer to create ready to go Custom Responsive SEO friendly wordpress themes.

The themes should have a construction and services company feel as well as general and include:

Slider in header- in the admin the website owner can add their slides via custom posts/slides

Custom front page to place company offers

Portfolio sections where website owner can add projects completed, the portfolio sections should show thumbnails in the front page with a short description, have a portfolio page displaying all portfolio items and a single portfolio page, the single portfolio page should be able to show before and after pictures with a description for each.

A testimonials page where the website owner can add the testimonials received, should be able to show most recent testimonial on front page, have a testimonials page

Blog Section

Contact form where we can add a contact plugin

Theme should have social integration. where the website owner can share posts for blog, portfolio items and so on

Each post must be indexable by search engines

In summary, the theme should look like a website that a service company or construction company can use to create an effective internet presence with.

It would be a plus to provide a tutorial so that the website owner can update their posts, add portfolio items, testimonials and front page content
