Wordpress Theme Customization Jobsroller Theme

Hi All
I need a Wordpress theme edited to include some new features and also just some general setup and customization.

The theme is the Jobsroller theme from www.appthemes.com

I need this theme to look something like http://www.jobsinlincoln.co.uk/ ( View in Chrome as broken in IE9 )This site was created using Jobsroller.

Extra Features to include

1.Ability for Jobseeker to upload a short movie about themselves to be included with their online CV. Employers will be able to view this movie if viewing the Jobseekers CV. Movie clip will be under 3mins.

2.Charge for featured CV. A small charge will be made for Jobseekers looking to be listed in the featured CV section of the web site.

3.Section on Home page for Featured Employers. This section will have a group of company logos which the user can click on and be brought directly to all the job listings for that employer.

I can provide you a login to the backend of the current site on request if required.
