Wordpress template install

This is the first job of many so looking for someone to work with on this job and then if all goes well working together on other client projects.

First I am looking for someone to install a simple wordpress template which I will supply - see layout attached.

I can provide all the images and logo seen in the basic template install - I will then populate myself the website with text, images, etc.

The fixed budget for this first job is £30GBP.

I need to know 1) can you do this? - don't just say you can to get the job and 2) to the budget? 3) how soon can you complete this job?
