Wordpress Template Creation

I have a website that has been designed and then converted to html/css. There are effectively 6 different layouts that cover all the pages on the site.

I am looking for someone to take this html/css and create a wordpress template for me containing each of the six layouts so that I can then go ahead and create the site.

I need this to be completed today if possible (although if on seeing the html of the six layouts it will take longer then that is acceptable).

For someone who is competent with wordpress and building templates I estimate this will take around 2-3 hours to complete since all the html/css/images etc already exist.
