WordPress sub-menu styling help needed, and any IE tweaks.

I need someone who can go in and match the styling of an existing website (for same company) on the WordPress blog - so basically I need the css to apply. Screenshots of both attached but will send links to the existing sites to those available asap.

Also to check for any irregularities on FireFox and/or IE and suggest the code to sort those - not every version, just to cover the main - you know what I mean.

Urgent job - please say when you could do this and how much. Thanks
