Wordpress Specialist Wanted!

I have purchased this theme on themeforest - http://themeforest.net/item/panes-wordpress-on-one-page/5026910

I need somebody who is experienced in designing successful Wordpress sites to get mine all configured and up and running.

I have the text (almost finished), and all the contact details, logos etc etc but just do not have the time/skill to make it look as good as it needs to be.

As you can see from the theme the website is a small one so budget is small as well but negotiable for the right person.

Ideally I want someone who can give me a bit of input on design and background images to use, as well as some widget suggestions.

Any questions let me know, time frame is not urgent but I can't imagine it taking much more than a day for someone with the right skills.
