Wordpress Social Login Plugin

I require a wordpress plugin that allows my users to log in from a front end widget using facebook connect, twitter connect or by creating a wordpress login just for my site.

I'm currently using the WP-FB-AutoConnect plugin which is great but I also want Twitter Connect and normal wordpress login combining into one plugin. I need this made as a plugin which will produce a widget. It should be a reusable plugin that could be installed on different sites if required. The plugin should have a settings page within wp-admin where the following options can be controlled:

Autoregistered usernames - control how usernames are formatted e.g. Firstname_Lastname (and ad unique number if username already exists e.g John_Smith2)
Checkbox to request permission for access to email address
Checkbox to use Facebook/Twitter profile pictures as avatars
Facebook connect app ID
Facebook App Secret
Twitter Access token
Twitter Token secret
Login redirect URL
Logout redirect URL
Upload default image as Avatar if none provided

The widget will display 3 buttons (facebook connect / twitter connect / wordpress login). The first 2 will access the APIs and log the user in, registering new users with a unique username as specified in Settings.
The wordpress login will launch a thickbox style pop up allowing users to enter a email address and password and log in or register as a new user.
New users will register by adding First name, Last name, Email and Password. They will automatically be logged in once registered. A lost password link will email them their password. Existing user login and new user registration can both be on the same pop up for convenience.

When applying to develop this plugin please indicate the fixed price cost, time required to develop it and how soon you can start. Examples of other Facebook connect or Twitter connect applications would be an advantage.
