We have built a wordpress site for one of our clients, they gave use there hosting at the last minute and it seems they host with verio on a vps.
We spoke to verio and they wont help.
The wordpress issues are as follows:
- upload doesn't work in admin area
- permalinks do not work
- some of the plugins do not work.
This is what we got from verio:
They saying the server is running fine - they won't config for me - is self service server - she said this is not a common problem and could be a case of file becoming corrupt during upload.
We need someone who knows shell and vps setup.
