Wordpress site for presitge car hire within the UK

I am looking at a complete wordpress site which will include a booking engine for hiring prestige cars mainly looking to attract London based clients to the site.

This site is to complement our current business which is car and van hire with west london.

We would be looking at a new brand but under the same group.

I will be looking at the basic setup of the wordpress site first followed by some SEO and affilate marketing.

So to kick start i would be looking for branding design ideas and basic site.
