Wordpress Site - adding content

Hi, I've bought a wordpress theme and could do with some help making it look how it should.

Currently i've just copied and pasted the content from an existing website, there aren't that many pages, one of them requires a photo gallery area of some sort.

I'll be the first to admit I don't really know what i'm doing and I don't really have to time to try and work it out! Once the main bits are there i'll be able to update images and content, it's just setting it up really. Any help on this would be gratefully received thanks!
