Wordpress sidespecific sidebar

I have a multisite but it didn't work out so I only use one dashboard/site. There are multiple plugins (including page specific sidebar plugins) on the network dashboard but I can't get them all to show up on the individual site dashboard. I want to add an image and text below the navigation menu in the sidebar- I need a widget where I can add a different picture and text for different authors on different pages and the unique or specific page plugins I have on the main navigation dashboard I can't get to come up on the individual dashboard. Is this something you can help me with?
