WordPress Sidebar Links Help

I need someone to complete a php script that shows a page's children links depending on which page the user is viewing.
I have one small bit that doesn't work as expected.

My structure is this:
Parent
Parent
Parent
Child
Child
Child
Child
Child

If you go here: http://www.nortonaccountancy.co.uk/about/
Click on the People link (left sidebar), then click on one of the names that appear; The grand-parent links disappear - I need them to stay.
