Wordpress & Server Optimization

Hello,

I have a webpage that is running on a vps server and the webpage has 2 different sections(languages) that is installed sepearetly via wordpress.

Right now I'm experiencing terrible load times, a single user uses almost %40 of the total CPU and the server simply freezes when 6-7 people tries to open the webpage.

What I need is someone who will optimize the wordpress codes to speed the webpage up, I'm already using a CDN network and a few tricks to speed it up a bit. In the end, I want load time to be faster significantly and some speed measures such as gtmetrix.com and google speed should give good results.

If you want to take this job please answer with your references(a page with a good loading speed will help) and explain me briefly what you would do. Copy/paste answers would not be rewarded. To sum up, I need someone to optimize the wordpress code and most importantly my vps server to speed it up significantly.

The work will be done for 2 wordpress installations but usign the same theme so it will be like copy/paste. I need this work done as soon as possible so please don't offer me like a week or 2 weeks.
