Wordpress reorganisation multiple sites

Hi,

Im looking for someone who can solve the following:

We have three wp websites at the moment and are planning to add somemore.
They both have different themes at the moment and are 100% seperate

We installed a new wp with multisite enabled on a subdomain, its clean and i installed the theme we will be using.

I however do not have the time to move the content, change the theme so that it does what it should do. I understand there are tools to do what i want but the read about it and do it will take time.
One site is selling logo´s so we wont switch over until its done

What i need:
1.setup new sites in multisite
2.copy content from old wordpress sites (two) to the new test setup created by u
3. Change settings in theme or articles so that it all looks good and clear.
4.use http://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-mu-domain-mapping/ to be able to give the new sites their domain
5. Some tweaking and checking that all works

Note: The templates are different so it would take some tweaking to get all in order, if u are a crack it wont be a big deal.
Also plugins needs to be moved if needed to the new wp master

In the end we would end up with a multisite wp install with a master on the current subdomain and two satellites
