Wordpress plugin tweaking needed urgently (today)

Good morning

I am using "PhotoContest" plugin on my site - to run a competition where people vote on their favourite image.

There are some issues with the plugin that means it doesnt suit my needs (although its the best one ive found)

Essentially I need someone to adapt the plugin which you can see working here http://www.totalcarmagazines.co.uk/idol/imprezaidolround1/:

I am hoping we can make it so that instead of people being able to vote for each car once in the timeframe that they can vote for ONLY 1 car - I dont want people being able to cast votes for more than one car.

and also - instead of voting on a sliding scale (stars or drop down etc), instead to just cast a single vote - 1 click = 1 vote

Ideally I would like the votes to show in percentages rather than actual numbers

As the voting is done by entering your email address - I would like a note put there that this is being asked for purely to ensure that its one vote to one person and their email address will be used for no other reason nor passed on.

I can set the timeframe that the voting is "live" in the settings so that isnt an issue - I just need to make sure its one vote per one person.


I would be happy to hear any other suggestions

The time frame for this being completed is today

I prefer to communicate via msn, so much easier
