Wordpress plugin, please can you get it to work?

I'd like this plugin to work with the latest version of buddypress: version 1.5.3.1

It gives administrators the ability to approve buddypress sign up's. That's the functionality I need. I'm running wordpress multi-site, with buddypress.

I've not specified a budget (wordpress plugin development isn't in my skillset, so I've no frame of reference) but I'd like to pay a flat fee (just to manage costs)

Also in need of quite a quick turn around on this...
