Wordpress plugin on Classipress Theme

This is for use on a classipress themed wordpress website.

I have found this plugin that works great on my website.

However i would like 2 additions.

1. The ability to add more then 1 of this widget to my main sidebar. So that when i open or create a page i can have multiple instances of this within it.
2. The ability for this to work in the categories sections and their subcategories. (Example) a Playstation store wants to place an ad in the playstation section of the consoles category. Then i can put a pic specific to that store.
