Wordpress plugin: NextGEN Gallery modification

I am looking for a Wordpress developer to make modifications to a specific Wordpress plugin:

The first modification I need:

If you look in the ‘Manage Gallery’ link and select any gallery, you will see a section called “Custom Columns” where there are 5 text fields:

Artist Name, Venue, Date, City, Festival.

These fields were generated using a separate plugin:
NextGen Custom Fields: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/nextgen-gallery-custom-fields/

I would like these fields to appear at the top of each specific gallery using an markup.

They are to appear directly under the text ‘Concert Photos’ in the following order:

Artist Name, Venue, City, Date, Festival. I want just the text input from the field to display, separated by the ‘|’ character.

Example:
Dave Matthews Band | Blossom Music Center| Cuyahoga Falls, OH | 6.24.05| Festival Name (if needed)

**Note: Most galleries will have no value for ‘Festival’**

The second modification I need:

need a custom effect to display the full sized images in each gallery using code I created using the Highslide Editor: http://highslide.com/editor/ / http://highslide.com/

**Please pay attention only to the effect, not the layout of the .html page, etc.**

The code for the effect is already generated, but note the key elements:
-Fixed “box” size (as specified in the code)
-black background
-An ‘X’ to close in the upper right hand corner
-The controls to navigate the images must be FIXED. I do not want them to move or change with a different sized images!!
-A thumbnail slider show appear at the bottom, as shown.
-On the example link above, if you click on the first image (upper left) you will see text appear at the top. This should occur on every image and should display the custom fields described above in the first modification I have requested (see above).

-I need to be able to implement both modifications requested on multiple websites, so I will need copies of all the source code and explicit instructions on how to implement the modifications to each site.

-The modifications must not significantly slow page load times or interfere with any other plugin.
